Skydance is seeking a Coordinator to assist the Head of Human Resources and help streamline processes for a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the entertainment industry and a strong background in HR practices.

Responsibilities

    • Administrative duties, including scheduling, managing travel and expenses, etc. for Head of HR
    • Assist with annual HR initiatives (talent review, performance management, compensation planning, etc.)
    • Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures
    • Support the performance review process, including scheduling reviews, collecting feedback, and tracking performance goals
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, company policies, and industry standards
    • Assist in the preparation of reports and audits related to HR compliance
    • Attend and participate in training courses pertinent to Human Resources as required
    • Plan logistics for employee meetings, trainings, etc., including room reservations and technology set-up
    • Ad hoc projects
Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
    • 1+ year of HR or related experience in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with HR information systems (ie. Bamboo) preferred
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
    • Highly resourceful and organized with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
    • Extremely flexible and able to easily shift priorities with a can-do attitude
    • Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills


The hourly rate range for this non-exempt position in Los Angeles is $24.04 - $25.00. The rate offered may vary based on the candidate's location, qualifications, experience and relevant expertise, among other factors. The range indicated is for base salary only and does not reflect the total compensation package, including bonus, benefits, etc.
