Schedule: HYBRID – 3 days a week onsite (Tues-Thur)
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendar requests, including coordination and ensuring all information is accurate and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle correspondence and communication with employees and external partners.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientations.
- Post job openings on various platforms and screen resumes as needed.
- Address employee inquiries and provide timely responses or redirect to appropriate HR personnel.
- Support HR initiatives and programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions and other HR-related activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in an HR or Recruitment Assistant role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
