Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Administrative Support Clerk based at our Greenville, NC location.
What you will do:
- Review and verify Delivery Reports and Retail Delivery Reports for accuracy prior to approval, maintaining high standards for data integrity.
- Communicate clear and concise explanations to dealers regarding any rejection of Delivery Reports or Retail Delivery Reports, helping to resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with Contact Management requests, ensuring efficient handling of inquiries and support needs.
- Coordinate with team members to streamline the review and approval process, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of all reviewed reports and communication with dealers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Support process improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing the report review process and contributing to best practices.

What you will need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with 1+ year of professional experience.
- Proven experience in customer service and office management, demonstrating strong organizational and administrative skills.
Skills, Experience, & Abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of effectively interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of operating office and mail machinery, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
- Advanced PC skills, including proficiency in commonly used office software and tools.
