What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of Windows desktop support.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft products, strong troubleshooting abilities, and familiarity with manufacturing operations.

  • Networking Knowledge: Good understanding of networking principles like the OSI model.

  • Remote Administration: Proficiency in remote administration and troubleshooting of desktop PCs.

  • Storage Concepts: Understanding of enterprise-level storage concepts.

  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.

  • Independence: Ability to work independently and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Customer Service: Superior customer service skills, maintaining composure in challenging situations.

  • Integrity: High ethical standards in all interactions.

  • Adaptability: Quick learner who masters unfamiliar tasks and situations effectively.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive needs.

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Experience: Experience using ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.

  • Enterprise Support: 2 years of Windows desktop support in an enterprise environment with over 1000 endpoints.

  • Cross-Platform Experience: Familiarity with Windows, Linux, Solaris, OSX, UNIX, etc.

  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, and/or Security+ certification.

  • Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

  • Manufacturing Support: Experience supporting manufacturing operations.

  • OT/ICS Knowledge: Familiarity with OT/ICS segregation principles and environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
