Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role involves coordinating the entire process of recruiting new staff. It is the responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to ensure that all aspects of the hiring process are running smoothly. This includes creating job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and extending job offers. Essentially, a Talent Acquisition Coordinator acts as an intermediary between hiring managers and candidates to ensure that the process runs efficiently and effectively. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for managing information, office needs and carrying out tasks that support the general needs of the agency
What you'll be doing
- Advertise job openings on the company's career page, social media, job boards, and internally.
- Coordinate interviews and contact applicants.
- Preparing job offer letters and answering queries about compensation and benefits.
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
