Coordinator, Rehab Services WOW, Days, Weekends

**Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 8 hour shifts.
The role of the rehab services coordinator is to assist the department manager in directing the work of the rehab services staff, providing guidance of the clinical goals, and promote teamwork among all personnel to ensure that the standards for clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance are met; will assist the Clinical Manager with orientation, education, and utilization of clinical staff. The Rehab Services Coordinator demonstrates commitment to professional growth and development; provides health education to patients, families and other health care providers; applies knowledge of growth and development in patient interaction; and contributes to the efficient operations of the department.
**This is a WOW (Work on Weekends) position. Schedules for WOW employees include working every Saturday & Sunday. Employees in designated WOW positions earn premium pay in addition to their competitive hourly rates and shift differential**

Qualifications
Required:
- One year in a clinical setting
- Bachelor Degree
- One of: OT or PT or SLP (KY)
- One year in rehab services
- Doctorate Degree
- Occupational Therapist (KY) OR Physical Therapist OR Speech Language Pathology (KY)
