Required Technical and Professional Expertise Operating System Installation Windows Server, Linux, Unix Rack, cable, and deploy Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment a plus Web Server and Database installation experience a plus Must be able to work in this country without company sponsorship Must be fluent in English Must be willing to learn quickly, multi-task, and work in a fast pace environment Moderate knowledge of PC hardware concepts and component installation. Basic knowledge of various internet-related services and software (mail, web, DNS, etc). General understanding of computer networking concepts. Customer focused attitude with some previous customer service experience. Network wiring/cabling experience a plus. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise 3-5 years' experience with Windows and Linux Platforms 3-5 years' experience with computer/server hardware Certifications are not required but a plus. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
