Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Engineer for our IT Enterprise Operations team. This role is integral to our innovative IT department, which thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day operations as a mid to upper tier specialist throughout all stages of project and hardware lifecycle.
  • Oversee the enterprise network performance, ensuring reliable application and system service delivery.
  • Occasional travel to various company locations may be required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in network administration.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP/JNCIP/JNCIS are preferred.
  • Extensive experience with Firewall, Routing, and Switching technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of SDWAN technologies and network functions.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise networks.
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud services and enterprise storage solutions.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Participating in architecture reviews and ensuring compliance with supportability standards.
  • Developing new standards to enhance network stability and scalability.
  • Documenting network-related architectures to improve governance.
  • Performing daily maintenance and administration of network systems.
  • Providing advanced support for troubleshooting network issues.
  • Installing and configuring hardware as per operational requirements.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capability to make independent decisions based on limited information.
  • Self-motivated and reliable, capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:
Annual base salary range is competitive and may vary based on qualifications and experience.
