Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional administrative support? Join our dedicated Occupational Health Clinic team as an Medical Office Coordinator (MOC), where your skills will contribute directly to the seamless daily operations of our clinic and the well-being of our patients and staff.

Salary: $22 - $25 per hour

Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Education: High School

Key Responsibilities

As an Occupational Health Office Coordinator, you will:

  • Serve as the first point of contact by answering calls, greeting patients, and scheduling appointments with professionalism and care.

  • Manage patient health records, including electronic filing, scanning, and retrieval, while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

  • Enter and maintain data in multiple databases, such as electronic health records and PeopleSoft, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Provide front-desk coverage, support Workers' Compensation workflows, and assist with enterprise-level administrative activities.

  • Facilitate new hire activities and coordinate follow-up appointments for vaccinations or lab work results.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of administrative experience preferred, particularly in a healthcare setting.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Knowledge of Epic or other clinical systems is a plus.

Shift: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)
