Job Responsibilities
  • Greet patients professionally, both in person and over the phone.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently and effectively.
  • Support patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring seamless care transitions.
  • Route messages and documents accurately in the electronic medical record.
  • Provide general administrative support for practice operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, consistently delivering high-quality interactions.
  • Show ability to multitask in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excel in telephone and computer skills, utilizing technology to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Prior experience in medical offices is preferred but not required, as we provide comprehensive training.
  • Cultivate strong teamwork and collaboration skills, working closely with coworkers and providers to achieve shared goals.
