About the Role:

This is a 6 month contract. As a Business Intelligence Analyst for the CS & Support organization, you will fill a pivotal role in the CSS Operations team within Bullhorn. You will be responsible for building robust data models and visualizations for the department, and providing data-driven analysis to our leadership team, offering expert consultation on business decisions, driving efficiency and scalability across the organization. You will own the strategy for intake of new requests and building out a comprehensive, actionable reporting suite for all levels within Bullhorn Customer Success & Support. You will work closely with Customer Success, Support, Sales, Services & Technical teams, as well as our Finance partners and represent and promote an efficiency-oriented, operational and workforce management point-of-view in all assigned projects.

You should be business and customer focused, able to work with minimal instruction and oversight, and able to deliver high quality outputs in a dynamic work environment with ongoing and overlapping tasks with time constraints.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, a typical day might include:

  • Developing and Managing the BI solutions for the CS & Support teams
  • Consulting with business leaders to identify department outcomes, and designing simple to use visualizations to drive performance in line with these goals
  • Providing weekly, monthly and quarterly analysis on departmental KPIs highlighting clear actions for leaders to focus efforts toward improving team performance
  • Consolidating complex data sets into simple and digestible visualizations in Tableau and/or Power BI
  • Break down complex information into understandable terminology and actionable concepts
  • Maintaining robust documentation on work carried to enable
  • Provide insight and analysis to support both strategic initiatives and ad hoc business needs
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews covering operational metrics, including performance against stated objectives
  • Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Prioritize and own deliverables end to end
  • Some business travel may be required

  • 3+ years experience in Tableau
  • 3+ years experience in Power BI
  • 5+ years proven experience in conducting analysis and visualizing data
  • Strong Excel, google sheets, SQL skills and/or other BI tools

  • Extremely organized and analytical working methods
  • Proven skills for business problem identification, pattern recognition, data collection and preparation, and independent problem solving

  • Ability to clearly and precisely present strategic issues and solutions to senior leadership
