- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and website inquiries.
- Responding to guest inquiries via chat.
- Conduct Outbound calls to potential service clients.
- High level of resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and rejection.
- To own all requests or complaints to resolution and follow as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Provide excellent service consistent with the company's standards.
- Be knowledgeable of department and company expectations.
- Checking and responding to any necessary communication via email, team or follow up phone calls.
- Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products.
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to effectively manage time to meet and exceed targets.
- A strong desire to succeed.
- Focus on providing customers with an outstanding experience in every interaction.
- Must enjoy a fast-paced environment that includes working with a high volume of phone calls, chats, and email inquiries.
- Ability to multi-task (example: finishing emails or chat sessions while taking calls)
- Organizational skills.
- Be able to speak to stockholders regarding results and challenges.
- Ability to build sustainable relationships with our customers.
- High level of attention to the details.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
- Able to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Able to develop and maintain the knowledge base required to properly assist guests in a fast-growing company.
- Ability to de-escalate guest interactions.
- Able to work as a team player and uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Auditing appointments and validating lead list.
- Sales background preferred.
- Ability to maneuver and quickly adapt to change.
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus.
- Punctual and dependable with scheduling flexibility
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve performance and achieve team goals.
