This role is integral to raising awareness and fostering relationships within the community. Griswold is committed to enhancing the lives of those we serve, and as a Community Liaison, you will be at the forefront of this mission. This full-time, salaried position offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $22-25 per hour, paid bi-weekly
  • Monthly commission based on outreach success
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, vacation, paid sick days, PFML, and 401(k)

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Griswold at health fairs, fundraisers, and other community events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, councils on aging, assisted living facilities, and other relevant community resources.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase service awareness and utilization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with goals.
  • Serve as a resource for community members, answering questions and providing information about our services and related resources.
  • Conduct presentations and organize educational events for community members and healthcare professionals.
  • Stay informed about healthcare industry trends and community needs.
  • Regularly report on community engagement efforts and recommend improvements to the managing director
