Job Summary:
The Community Liaison at Griswold will serve as a crucial link between our home care agency and the Worcester County community. You will represent Griswold at community events, advocate for those needing our home care services, and connect community members with the resources they need. This role is integral to raising awareness and fostering relationships within the community. Griswold is committed to enhancing the lives of those we serve, and as a Community Liaison, you will be at the forefront of this mission. This full-time, salaried position offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $22-25 per hour, paid bi-weekly
- Monthly commission based on outreach success
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, vacation, paid sick days, PFML, and 401(k)
Responsibilities:
- Represent Griswold at health fairs, fundraisers, and other community events.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, councils on aging, assisted living facilities, and other relevant community resources.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase service awareness and utilization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with goals.
- Serve as a resource for community members, answering questions and providing information about our services and related resources.
- Conduct presentations and organize educational events for community members and healthcare professionals.
- Stay informed about healthcare industry trends and community needs.
- Regularly report on community engagement efforts and recommend improvements to the managing director
