Our client, located in New Haven, is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting educators, ensuring that children and families have the foundations they need to succeed in school and in life. They have partnered with CFS to identify a BILINGUAL office manager.

What you'll do as an Office Manager:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the New Haven office, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and partners
  • Handle phone calls, greet visitors, and manage mail
  • Complete administrative tasks including supply ordering, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining office organization
  • Manage office expenses and submit reports to the Finance team
  • Coordinate events and classes, including setup, breakdown, and vendor communication
  • Support communication between program directors and stakeholders
  • Receive and distribute donations, assist with marketing efforts, and coordinate staff events
  • Schedule meetings, record events, and assist with data entry
  • Provide support to staff members and educators as needed

What you'll need to succeed as an Office Manager:

  • Bilingual: Spanish REQUIRED
  • Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including some early mornings, evenings, and weekends
