Description of the Position:
A successful Office Manager will be responsible for assisting with our customers, tracking office supply inventory, ordering materials, assisting with billing, working with vendors, and assisting the Distribution Operations leadership team and Human Resources. Will follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. In addition, the candidate will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure all clerical functions are processed in a timely manner each day.
• Responsible for purchase order requisitions and receipts.
• Ensure all billing is completed and all monthly reports are submitted.
• Responsible for new vendor set up, managing of all vendor purchase orders, and
receivables.
• Primary point of contact for vendors.
• Responsible to keep all files for Operations and Human Resources organized.
• Manage and order all supplies for the office.
• Coordinate associate events with operations team. Maintain relationships with customer, vendors and operations teams.

• Assist with administrative functions for General Manager and other site operations leaders and Human Resources.
• Update local phone directory and vendor directory.
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

•Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience in a logistics or distribution environment.
• 3+ years pf experience of billing and accounts payable.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including understanding and creating pivot tables, and formulas.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience working with ReqLogic is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work alone as well in a team environment.
• Must be able to come in early or stay late as needed.
