Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring efficient operations. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Entering Accounts Payable invoices to accounting software and spreadsheets
- Type and proofread billing, reports, and other documents
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and visitors

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
