Join the INN crew of hospitality professionals as a Guest Experiences Supervisor
The Inn at Perry Cabin is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Guest Experiences Supervisor who has a profound interest in recreational activities and wellness, a strong desire to build industry knowledge, and a drive to meet the highest standards in our profession.
The Guest Experiences Supervisor assists the Guest Experiences Manager in the day-to-day operations of the resort activities, pool and waterfront duties, contractors, implementation of the recreational, social, and educational programs as well as inventory and research on activities for guests of all ages, while providing a safe and clean environment. Primary responsibilities include:

Qualifications
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Maintains general knowledge of all departments and polices at Inn at Perry Cabin by Inn at Perry Cabin.
- Be able to work alone and multitask, attending to staff and guest's needs on a timely and professional manor.
- Greet, welcome, and promote programs to the guests. Maintain a positive, courteous, and friendly demeanor at all times. Anticipate and handle guest issues and concerns.
- Take ownership of all guest challenges and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Directly facilitate recreational programs to include individual and group activities, indoor and outdoor activities, guest, and staff, consisting of but not limited to setting up, administering/partaking in the activity, and cleaning/storing properly after activity.
- Administer/create new programs for all ages, responsible for implementing new Guest Experiences and programs and the continued growth and enhancement of the current Guest Experiences Department.
- Help oversee and supervise any staff that falls under Guest Experiences Department. Assist as a runner throughout the operational hours and ensure all opening, closing, other duties assigned has been completed fully and properly.

- Certification or degree in any leisure, recreational, physical fitness fields preferred.
- Two-year experience in the leisure, food, and recreation hospitality business with customer service in a high-paced and detail-oriented facility.
- Two-year experience in supervisory position with experience managing monetary transactions.
- Micros, computer, administration, and organizational experience desirable.
- CPR/AED, Lifeguard Certification preferred and basic outside/pool first aid.
- Ability and willingness to work outside in adverse weather conditions.
