This position is under the direct supervision of the Sales and Marketing Director with a dotted line to the Executive Director. The individual in this position will be expected to assist the Sales and Marketing Director in promoting designated assisted living communities. This will include but is not limited to supporting the move in process, making phone calls, in-person meetings, community tours, and on/off site events.

This position assists in processing applications for resident admission and oversees the securing of services. This position updates software and supports applicants through the income verification application process.

This position is a customer service specialist and is typically the first touch point for customers; they are expected to provide excellent customer service experience for all residents, guests, and other customers. This position assists in the leasing process within the community, including scheduling appointments with prospective residents, qualifying of prospective residents, showing the community, and leasing available units in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Director.
