Job Summary Our team of Account Managersare responsible for maintaining and growing an existing customer base of Mid-Market Corporate accounts already contracted with us. They will also assist the Business Development team with targeting and acquiring corporate business within their assigned geography and securing Avis or Budget as the rental car services within those companies. The Account Manageris the face of our company to our corporate customers and needs to be able to effectively represent and promote the Avis and Budget brands, products and services to C-level contacts, Travel Managers, and Procurement departments. Responsibilities: Customer Success Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their mobility needs. Understand client objectives, travel policies, and preferences to provide customized solutions that meet their requirements. Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion within existing client portfolios. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new corporate accounts and partnerships. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize corporate contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and Avis Budget Group. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal departments, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations. Provide insights and feedback to improve products and services based on client needs. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
