At Select Specialty Hospital and Select Medical Rehabilitation in Springfield, we care for patients at multiple stages of their post-hospital recovery journey. Our building facilitates both critical illness recovery and acute rehab services for patients who are ungoing mental and physicial rehabilitation.

ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the Director of Business Development, the Senior Liaison assists with the growth and development of referral volume, marketing strategies, and other initiatives. The Senior Liaison participates in the selection and training of new Clinical Liaisons and serves as an added resource to all members of the business development and admissions team.
- Assists the Director of Business Development in all aspects of marketing and admissions responsibilities
- Assists with interviewing, training, and coaching new team members
- Follows through daily on field training and coaching by working alongside of liaisons as determined by sales leadership team
- Assists other Liaisons with evaluations and chart reviews during busy times
This is a salaried position that works Monday-Friday with periodic on-call responsibility.

Minimum requirements:
- Must be a Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist with valid state license.
- Prior Experience as a Clinical Liaison or similar role
