Clinical Liaison Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team at Select Specialty Hospital-Springfield, Inc. As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a critical role in identifying and transitioning patients into the next level of care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with hospital case managers and physicians to identify patients in need of transition to Critical Illness Recovery or Acute Rehab hospital
  • Educate referral sources on services provided by our hospitals, promoting excellent customer service and account retention
  • Deliver educational programs, hospital tours, and meetings to referred patients and families, promoting awareness of acute rehabilitation and critical illness recovery programs
  • Develop strategies to grow market share in core business lines, creating quarterly goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with the VP/Director Business Development to identify opportunities for expansion of strategic business initiatives
Requirements:
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist
  • Demonstrated familiarity with hospital admissions procedures
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing, with a minimum of one year experience in a related position
