Responsibilities

  • Playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department and contributing to a positive workplace environment.

  • Guide new hires through our onboarding process, making sure they feel welcomed and ready to hit the ground running.

  • Be the go-to person for employee questions and concerns, providing top-notch support and ensuring a positive employee experience.

  • Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job ads to coordinating interviews, and helping us find the best talent.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, assist with payroll processing, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Help organize company events, team-building activities, and other initiatives that make our workplace fun and engaging.

  • Manage calendars, coordinate appointments, and arrange meetings for the HR team.

  • Prepare HR documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring they are professional and polished.

  • Accurately input and update employee information in our HR systems.

  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, keeping everything easily accessible.

  • Draft and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements.

  • Prepare and manage documentation for new hires, including employment contracts, tax forms, and benefits enrollment.

  • Manage exit paperwork and conduct exit interviews for departing employees.
