POSITION SUMMARY

The Audit & Quality Data Analyst will play a crucial role ensuring there are high standards of integrity and quality in data reporting, directly supporting our Distribution Center Network. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive quality assurance checks on all data and reporting deliverables, ensure they maintain integrity and provide actionable insights that effectively answer business questions. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed reports and analyses that focus on audit and quality assurance findings, including SOP adherence, team and department performance, and routine audits of published reports. You will be responsible for conducting checkpoint analyses and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to standards. You will ultimately drive operational success across the network through collaboration with various teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all data and reporting deliverables
• Audit various reports ensuring they follow reporting best practices and offer actionable insights to end users
• Validate datasets to ensure they are ready for use in building reports that support distribution center operations
• Ensure that all supporting documentation and published resources are up-to-date and regularly audited for accuracy
• Perform routine audits of published reports that include checkpoint analyses to ensure continued data accuracy and relevance
• Communicate and document findings and recommendations to report to creators, stakeholders, and management to drive improvements
• Constantly engage with various partners to establish credibility by ensuring consistent deliverables are of high accuracy and quality within established timelines
• Complete other assigned duties and ad-hoc projects
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in data analytics and reporting
• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel experience is required
• Proficiency in working with Power BI is required
• Adept in querying, analyzing, and working with data using SQL is required
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office 365
• Competent in the data analysis process
• Education or experience in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Six Sigma, or Supply Chain Management is a plus
• Occasional overnight travel will be required

Remote work qualifications
  • Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
  • Access to a home router and modem.
  • A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
  • A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
  • The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
