Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist

We are in search of a proactive Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance our quality team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess manufacturing workflows to drive continuous improvement in process efficiency, equipment utilization, and setup time reduction.
- Communicate and interpret regulatory standards to ensure adherence.
- Develop, document, and maintain various elements of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Lead customer drawing evaluations to confirm production readiness and inspectability.
- Drive process enhancement initiatives and related documentation.
- Create and implement validation protocols and reports for processes and equipment.
- Oversee the management of non-conforming materials, including root cause analysis and corrective action execution.
- Facilitate and lead risk management efforts.
- Conduct internal audits as per the audit schedule.
- Participate in customer and regulatory audits as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Minimum of 5 years in Quality Control.

Familiarity with Quality Analysis Tools:
- FMEA, PPAP, APQP.
- Experience with inspection equipment and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move objects of varying weights.

Must be capable of bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing, balancing, standing, and walking for extended periods while maintaining necessary physical dexterity and coordination.

Work in diverse environmental conditions, which may involve exposure to different temperatures, weather, and noise levels.

Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related field.
- Certifications such as Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, or Six Sigma are preferred but not mandatory.
