This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure thatMES solutions are effectively implemented to improve manufacturing processes, enhance productivity, and ensure data integrity and compliance. The MES Lead provide support and optimize automated systems to enhance efficiency and streamline processes for NA Sites, special focus in the Lititz Site. Driving and delivering optimal cost, quality, and compliance for the manufacturing systems. In close collaboration with the Automation Support Team, Engineering, Operations, Packaging, and site Leadership Team, this position serves as the primary point of contact for end-to-end NA MAKE MES System through project delivery and ongoing maintenance and Operations support of the internal production site.Key Responsibilities•Implementation and Deployment:- Lead the implementation of MES projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.- Configure and customize MES solutions to meet business requirements.-Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation•System Integration:- Integrate MES with other enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, and SCADA.- Ensure seamless data flow between MES and other systems, maintaining data accuracy and consistency.- Collaborate with IT and automation teams to ensure successful integration.•Process Improvement:- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within manufacturing operations.-Utilize MES capabilities to streamline production processes, reduce downtime, and enhance product quality.-Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for MES usage.-Standardizes and leverages solutions across sites.•Support and Maintenance:- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for MES-related issues.-Conduct regular system audits to ensure MES functionality and performance.-Manage MES upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
