The candidate will support the team to develop a comprehensive understanding, assessment, and design of the foreign radar, including characteristics, waveforms, capabilities, electronic protection, vulnerabilities, amplifiers, ADCs, DACs, and FPGAs. The design will include the hardware implementation, data/signal processing software algorithms, and processing techniques to assess receiver performance characteristics such as noise figure, cumulative gain, saturation levels, stretch processing, clutter performance, dynamic range, etc. The candidate will ensure that the overall assessment and design are consistent with the design philosophy of the foreign designers. Required Skills Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, or relevant technical field US citizenship with SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance. Able to perform exploratory analysis and research, and present results to both technical and non-technical audiences Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate successfully with other internal and external stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to succinctly describe complex technical scenarios in simple, easily understood terms Strong analytic, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills Required Experience Experience with radar systems.
