We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to contribute to the success of the Marketing Department by providing by developing, implementing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns to drive sales, service, and parts business. Effectively and efficiently utilizes resources of the marketing department. Implements best business practices and applies The Rusnak Standard to deliver superior client and associate satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Successfully Conduct all Digital Marketing Tasks

  • Coordinates all online marketing programs and projects – sales and service specials, Web content, email, display, SEM, SEO, Social Media, etc. Initiates jobs and assists in providing creative direction to agency or internal team.
  • Utilizes agency and internal resources to ensure that all Rusnak websites and campaigns include current factory incentives and strong content. Ensures information is current and accurate.
  • Assists with email campaign planning, execution, and reporting. Utilizes internal and agency resources to develop creative that drives customer response.
  • Responds to all dealership website requests and ensures that execution is consistent with Rusnak brand and customer experience standards.
  • Ensures that all Rusnak and OEM websites meet manufacturer standards.
  • Assists with optimization of SEM and display campaigns to drive traffic and reduce cost per acquisition.
  • Monitors Google analytics accounts and other web analytics tools. Provides monthly analytics reports to Marketing team; ensures integrity of data.
  • Attends weekly meetings with Dealer.com, 3 Birds, Kreate, and other vendors to coordinate digital projects.
  • Develops written and video content for Rusnak Web and social media properties. Monitors dealership and Rusnak group social media presence. Utilizes agency and internal resources to develop content and drive social media customer following and engagement.
  • Manages dealership and Rusnak group online reputation. Utilizes agency and internal resources to improve online reputation. Coordinates dealership responses to customer feedback.
  • Provides monthly social media and online reputation reports to the Marketing Director
  • Identifies digital and emerging media opportunities and provides recommendations to the Marketing Director.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: College Degree in Marketing, Business, English or Communications
  • Preferred: Computer Skills: 1-2 years managing SEM or display advertising campaigns. 1-2 years of experience developing social media/content marketing campaigns on social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Required: Computer Skills: Proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), Homenet, Dealer.com CMS, Wordpress or other blogging software, and social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Required: Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record
