Administrative Assistant-Operations Accounting

Pay starting at $17.00 per hour up to $19.00 per hour depending on experience.
Position Purpose:
To ensure necessary office support functions are effectively and timely completed for Operations Department Financial Duties enabling Regional Managers to spend more time in the store locations.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Compile and complete expense reports on a weekly basis for Stores & Operations Team.
2. Research and locate missing expense report receipts for compilation.
3.Organize and file expense reports.
4.Set up Travel for the Operations Department.
5. Send out Weekly Purchase Card report to stores to fill out and assemble the results from the stores.
6. Audit the Purchase Card Report for credit card receipts in the store files.
7. Audit the Purchase Card Report to make sure purchased parts are on the customers receipts.
8. Assist on the Staffing Needs Reports.
9. Help set up and maintain budgets.
10. Fleet Contacting.
11. Tire Price Audits.
12. Training Service Audits.
13. Maintain Pricing Database.
14. Follow all policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
15. Other duties as requested or assigned.
Job Requirements/Competencies:
1. Basic phone etiquette required.
2. Customer service skills.
3. Organization skills.
4. Basic computer skills for use with Excel, Word and Outlook.
5. Quality assurance skills required to review documents.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma with some college preferred.
