Business Operations Assistant

Oregon Metal Fabrication is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill an Administrative Support Specialist role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, including billing, filing, and data entry using QuickBooks Online.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in computer software, and possess strong organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online
Salary Information:
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $25-$32 per hour, paid weekly, depending on experience.
