Your advanced QuickBooks skills, coupled with your exceptional organizational abilities, will drive our financial processes forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Utilize QuickBooks to meticulously manage our financial records, overseeing daily transactions, and ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting.
  • Invoicing and Accounts Management: Lead our invoicing process, address delinquencies proactively, and support the sales team with customer interactions and administrative tasks.
  • Office Management: Contribute to a productive office environment, assisting with general management duties, supporting the sales team, and adapting to varied responsibilities as they evolve.

Qualifications:
