TQI Solutions has an opening under the DoD SkillBridge Program for a Junior Recruiter at our headquarters in Chesapeake, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Support the recruiting team in all aspects of the recruitment process.

• Manage and update job postings using our Applicant Tracking System.

• Conduct initial resume screenings and reviews.

• Provide regular status updates on candidate progress to recruiting team.

• Coordinate and conduct preliminary phone interviews.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and time management.

• Efficiently handle multiple job requisitions.

• Acquire and apply knowledge of technical terminology.

• Post job applications on various job sites.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, IT, HR, or a related field, preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in speaking to people by phone and live chat.

• Demonstrated empathy and understanding in interactions with candidates.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
