Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Job Advertisements: Craft compelling and optimized job postings to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Interviews: Conduct interviews and coordinate all interview logistics with leadership.
  • Outreach Initiatives: Create and implement a comprehensive outreach strategy to build and maintain relationships with medical schools and residency programs.
  • Liaison Role: Serve as a key point of contact between referral partners and the organization, sharing information about new offerings and services.
  • Collaboration with Agencies: Partner with recruitment firms and locum tenens agencies as necessary.
  • Marketing Participation: Engage in marketing activities such as physician outreach, educational events, and health fairs.
  • Marketing Oversight: Manage the development of marketing materials and creative content.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Identify and implement effective recruitment methods tailored to the organization's needs and industry standards.
  • Application Screening: Review applications and select suitable candidates for consideration.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Physician Recruitment or Medical Executive Recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Warm and approachable communication style.
