About The Role

Are you passionate about ensuring top-notch product quality and enhancing user experiences? Join us at Chorus as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in driving the quality assurance efforts for our Chorus platform.
What You'll Do:
  • Work with the core Engineering team to develop strategies for test plans, test cases, scripts, and reports.
  • Help build and refine automated testing of the Chorus platform.
  • Perform black box / white box testing and validate that features and enhancements meet acceptance criteria and user stories defined by Product Management.
  • Review user stories acceptance criteria and ensure requirements are testable and complete.
  • Identify, record, and thoroughly track bugs.
  • Perform discrete feature/enhancement testing, user acceptance, and regression testing.
The Experience You'll Need:
  • 2-4 years of experience in software QA testing: manual, automation, regression and smoke testing
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in testing user interfaces for websites or mobile applications
  • Experience with writing acceptance criteria and test plans
  • Ensure offerings are entirely functional and provide quality assurance for software products
  • Advise best practices and optimizations throughout testing and bug-fixing processes
  • Analytical approach to troubleshooting
  • Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
  • Knowledge of design and UI/UX workflow and best practices
  • Experience with HTML and CSS
  • Worked in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to support larger complex projects and other company initiatives when needed
Nice-to-have skills:
  • Past role as a QA Specialist, solutions architect or tech consultant
  • Time management skills and organizational skills
  • Experience with Automation tools such as Mabl, Selenium, Postman
  • Developing web applications
  • Familiarity with building and leveraging platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Datadog or Testrail
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and IRB policies
  • Knowledge of research methodologies, biostatistics, public health, and other fields that can help drive innovation is a plus
