The NRP Group, LLC is currently seeking a IT Developer in the Cleveland Office.

The IT Software Developer role is to create and maintain in-house software, develop critical products for our clients, and offer excellent technical support. This also includes bringing new ideas/technologies to improve existing processes and solve issues.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions Statement(s):
  • Design, develop, document, analyze, create, test and modify computer systems and programs.
  • Create and maintain interfaces to and from external systems.
  • Delivers high quality solutions and documentation from delivered specifications, conforming to security and compliance requirements.
  • Creates and modifies computer programs by converting project requirements into code.
  • Maintains and administers various core applications.
  • Participate in data management and auditing, querying data for analysis, and identify anomalies.
  • Provide input for the establishment of system policies and procedures, standards and schedules
  • Works closely with business analysts to ensure business requirements.
  • Demonstrates the ability to deliver technical features, innovation and business benefits based on technical knowledge relevant to the business need.
  • Ability to use one or more development languages: SQL, C#, VB, HTML, CSS, React
  • Ability to understand and use the model-view-controller methodology for web applications
  • Maintain/store all code in GIT using Azure DevOps.
