Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by developing relationships with new & existing clients; unearthing ways in which PCG can add value to clients; then partner with PCG team to bring viable solutions to positively impact their business.
- Recognize that to help solve problems and deliver value, the people who have those problems must first Know, Like and Trust you.
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, and industry events in effort to grow to goal of generating sustainable revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our consulting services, tailoring solutions to meet the unique requirements of each client.
- Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals with a focus on long-term client relationships.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of existing and prospective business with both new and existing clients.
- Strengthen brand awareness through active industry involvement.
