Als Business Development Manager Retail & Groothandel zorg jij ervoor dat de software & hardware oplossingen van Zetes in de markt gezet worden met als doel om het Retail & Groothandel segment verder uit te breiden en ga je een bijdrage leveren aan de doelstellingen van een veranderende markt. Je bent continue op zoek naar ‘new business’ bij zowel bestaande als nieuwe klanten en werkt hierbij samen in jouw team met daarin de Key Accountmanager Retail & Groothandel en collega Verkoop Binnendienst. Tot jouw (potentiële) klanten behoren Retailers en Groot Handelaren in Nederland. Je hebt in deze rol met hele diverse klanten te maken en met verschillende gesprekspartners op allerlei niveaus. Sommige trajecten vergen een langere adem dan anderen maar jouw drive, doorzettingsvermogen en winnaarsmentaliteit maken jou dé Business Development Manager waar Zetes naar op zoek is. Wat zijn jouw belangrijkste taken? Jouw opdracht is om de marktpositie te vergroten. Dit doe je door hen te overtuigen van de toegevoegde waarde van de Zetes oplossingen. Je stelt een sales- /accountplan op en voert deze ook uit. Je bezoekt beurzen, organiseert netwerkevenementen of woont kennissessies bij om zoveel mogelijk informatie te verzamelen. Dit breng je mee Minimaal HBO-werk- en denkniveau. Minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring in een commerciële functie, bij voorkeur in een ICT-, logistieke of retailomgeving. Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.Je bent een goede gesprekspartner, kunt prioriteiten stellen en bent klantgericht. Je bent een teamspeler, maar zelfstandig werken is voor jou ook geen probleem. Je bent enthousiast, gedreven en initiatiefrijk en hebt een grote dosis energie. Ervaring en een bestaand netwerk in de Retail en/of Groothandel is een pré maar niet noodzakelijk. Wat bieden wij? Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder pensioen en 26 vakantiedagen. Hybride werken is mogelijk. Laptop, mobiele telefoon en auto van de zaak. Regelmatig producttrainingen in combinatie met een lunch. Wanneer je niet onderweg bent naar klanten en prospects door het hele land, werk je vanuit kantoor in Son of Vianen. Korte omschrijving van de organisatie Zetes is een internationale leverancier van oplossingen en diensten voor Supply Chain- optimalisering. Hierbij maken we gebruik van moderne en bewezen technologieën voor het identificeren van goederen zoals RFID, Vision, barcodering en zelfs stemherkenning. Dat doen we voor mooie klanten door heel Nederland zoals bijvoorbeeld Heineken, Jumbo, AS Watson, Blokker, Royal Flora Holland en Sligro.
