Qualifications: • Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Fundamental computer skills and/or experience using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities. Compensation: $80,000 at Plan Commission
