Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-up as necessary.
- Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based assessment approach to inform clients about various insurance options.
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, identify client needs, and promote suitable products and services.
- Base salary with commission and bonus opportunities
- Paid time off, including vacation and personal/sick days
- Valuable industry experience
- Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passionate about the role of insurance and financial products in helping individuals manage everyday risks, recover from unforeseen events, and achieve their aspirations
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Proficient in various computer applications, especially Windows
- Ability to deliver presentations to prospective clients
- Meet mutually established marketing objectives
- Possess a current Property and Casualty license
- Life and Health license (must be obtained)
- Availability to work a remote schedule, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, if residing in designated states.
