Use your administrative and social services skills as a Case Manager's Assistant The Case Manager's Assistant (CMA) is tasked with various duties, such as scheduling client intakes, conducting interviews, processing intake data, and performing security rounds. They collaborate closely with Case Managers on assessments, documentation, and providing basic needs services, including de-escalating negative client interactions. This position is full-time, non-exempt, and located in Seattle, Washington. Pay Rate: $25.05/hour Duties & Responsibilities Participate in training to ensure safe and effective performance. Safely handle workplace chemicals and operate safety systems. Conduct visual inspections and address any issues. Maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities. Respond to crises and notify authorities when necessary. Maintain accurate records and reports. Collaborate with Salvation Army staff and programs. Ensure timely reporting for duty and adhere to sick leave procedures. Maintain confidentiality of client information. Comply with mandatory reporting laws and Salvation Army policies. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 6 months experience in public contact/customer service. Experience in social service shelter/residential setting preferred.
