Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential candidates through proactive sourcing.
  • Conduct outreach to assess candidates' career goals and align them with our job opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Facilitate and support the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS/CRM, maintaining candidate and client information.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must reside in Austin or be willing to relocate.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques to attract top talent and promote services.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
