Skill Requirements
  • Experience in Design and Development of Rugged Devices - Handheld Computers, Phones, Tablet, Mobile Devices etc
  • Experience in Product Development - Concept, Detailed design, Prototyping, Testing and Manufacturing
  • Experience in Plastic, Diecasting, Sheetmetal, Elastomer parts design and manufacturing
  • Experience in Creo - Solid & Surface Modelling, Sheetmetal, Assembly, Detailing, TopDown Design approach & Skeleton Models & Experience in Windchill
  • PCB layout support experience (6.Experiance in working with Design validation team - FEA, CFD, etc
  • Experience in coordination with cross functional team and suppliers for Prototyping, Testing and Manufacturing
  • Experience in testing for Ingress Protection, Drop, Shock Vibration, Tumble, temperature & chemical test and Troubleshooting failures
  • ble to perform Tolerance Stack up, DFMA, DFMEA, FAI & RC
  • warness of Standards, IEC, MIL STD, ATEX, UL, etc
Qualification:
  • B.E. or B.Tech (Mechanical / Product Design / Polymer)
  • Diploma, Post-Diploma in Product Design, Tool Design
