Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid. Position Summary This position is responsible for in-home crisis assessment/diagnosis and crisis intervention services to children, adults, and families, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided for after hours and weekend coverage. Treatment services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), community and telehealth. Location Hybrid Scott County, MN Schedule On-call, 4-12 hour shifts/monthly Minimum Qualifications Clinician Possess a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling Possess a current and valid Minnesota State Licensure with focus in clinical practice from The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (e.g. LP, LICSW, LMFT) Licensure currently has eligibility or is eligible to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities. Currently reside or willing to relocate within 30 minutes of Scott County, MN Clinical Trainee Possess a master's degree or higher in psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy AND Possess a current and valid Minnesota State Licensure from The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (e.g. LP, LICSW, LMFT) with focus in clinical practice. OR Currently pursuing a Minnesota State Licensure from The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (e.g. LP, LICSW, LMFT) with focus in clinical practice. Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services and experience.
