This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including facilities and equipment support, shipping and receiving support, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively. What you'll do: Administrative Tasks: Maintain physical inventory lists Procure materials to support builds as required Expedite purchase orders and materials Assist Design Engineering (DE) and Program Managers (PM) Support program costing activities Facilities/Equipment Support: Aid in calibration and equipment maintenance planning Track equipment movement for repairs Coordinate rental equipment for the lab Collaborate with Accounting on PO/invoice support Manage day-to-day support activities and stock control Shipping/Receiving Support: Prepare Domestic and International shipments Ensure international shipping compliance Resolve shipping issues and customs concerns Monitor shipments for delays What you'll get: Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Pay: $20-25/hr. based on experience Position Type: Temporary 3-month contract Opportunity to interview and start working quickly and get your name out there with a large manufacturing company Job Requirements Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of experience administrative support, or any related experience Basic Math / Algebra skills Demonstrated proficiency with Windows-based platforms and with computer-based tools, including working knowledge of Database, Spreadsheet, and Word Processing software Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree Ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines within a fast-paced environment Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment Embrace new technology and demonstrate an understanding of computer-based systems/equipment.
