The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) is responsible for the day-to-day activities in the rehabilitation department of an assigned facility. This includes but is not limited to: the delivery of direct and indirect services to inpatients and outpatients, supervision of all therapy personnel, interview and recommending new hires, and training of all therapy personnel.
