Help Desk Support Specialist
Location: Glynco, GA
Clearance: Public Trust
Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems and manages processes related to these systems.
Responsibilities* Provides phone and Tier I, II and III support to users in areas which include hardware/ software, e-mail, network connectivity, standard desktop images and applications.
* Serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting all IT related problems, including hardware/ software, passwords, printer and other peripheral device problems & minor A/V support.
* Responsible for entering tickets into ticket tracking system and assigning to the appropriate entity for resolution.
QualificationsRequired:
* AA/AS or Equivalent Experience
* 1 year of Help Desk Experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
Preferred:
* Microsoft Certified Help Desk Professional
* CompTIA, Security + and A+ Certified
