Position Summary:

As part of the Customer Experience Technologies team, this individual will have the responsibility for enabling strategic applications and digital features across Parker's Customer Digital Portal (CDP) and other customer facing applications. The individual will identify business needs, align those with enterprise-scalable solutions, and drive those solutions to completion.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects, including assigning tasks, coordinating efforts, and monitoring performance across cross functional teams and third-party resources.
  • Understands system requirements, including identifying program interactions and appropriate interfaces between affected components and sub systems.
  • Deployment and ongoing tuning to improve defined metrics on Parker's Customer Digital Portal and other customer facing applications.
  • General support for corporate applications on Parker's Customer Digital Portal, drive standardization and governance for non-corporate apps as well as understanding the processes and systems behind the applications.
  • Analyzes CDP and data requirements, including identifying appropriate interfaces, and works with other functional and technical team members to implement.
  • Recommends new technologies and methodologies to management for meeting business needs, resolving problems and exploiting opportunities. Team member remains current with new technologies.
  • Leverage User Data to drive decision-making.
  • Leads solution design, testing and validation procedures, configuring and documentation.
  • Writes and/or reviews system specifications, including output requirements and flow charts.
  • Prepare project plans using project management tools.
  • Reviews test results, documents test activities, and records remedial actions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science or related.
  • Overall, 5 years or more of experience working with CDP in enterprise level environments.
  • Strong project management skills. Demonstrating the ability to manage many competing projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing the development of digital solutions.
  • Experience analyzing business requirements and developing/configuring digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong desire for continuous learning.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience translating business need into technical specifications.
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems, PIM Systems, and Online Commerce Platforms
