A Day in the Life of a Relationship Manager:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients and maintain continued contact with existing customer base
  • Generate Renewal business from our past and current small business customers through high phone and email activity
  • Close renewal business consistently at or above quota level
  • Prospect and pitch eligible accounts
  • Communicate current eligibility status to existing clientele
  • Manage expectations of our existing customers based on performance and origination strategy
  • Facilitate the necessary paperwork for obtaining new capital and correspond with all relevant parties
  • Ensure a collaborative, coordinated, and team focused environment with common goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with out Broker Channel regarding their eligible accounts
Requirements
  • 1+ years sales experience through high-volume phone and email communications
  • Excellent organizational/time management skills to ensure follow up with all customers
  • Have maintained a monthly or quarterly quota in a transactional selling environment
  • Analytical individual with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable conducting business over the phone
  • Individual who is articulate and well spoken
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Must possess a strong work ethic and professional attitude
  • Financial experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required
