Business Development Specialist

North/Northwest Houston

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, cultivate, and maintain a rapport and ongoing channel for professional referrals.
  • Interface with physicians and their staff to improve communication and understanding of the needs and wants of the agency.
  • Identify issues and concerns from referral sources and communicate them back to the agency.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum (1) year of healthcare marketing experience; preferably in home health.
  • Medical contacts in the North and Northwest Houston area with an established book of business.
  • Possesses the ability to seek out new methods and principles and is willing to incorporate them into existing practices.
  • Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal and non-verbal).
  • Self-motivated and able to establish, maintain, and cultivate professional relationships with referral sources.
