Scope of performance includes prioritization and triage of care delivery, implementing established standing orders and protocols, performing procedures and therapies consistent with training and licensure. The clinics are located within 15 minutes of travel between each other. Duties: Triage calls, MyChart messages, and Walk-in Patients. Conduct patient education in regards to medication management Lab results out reach. Be a medication safety champion, and a clinical resource for medical assistants.
